About the Job:

The Ohio State University's College of Veterinary Medicine seeks a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to support clients and navigate complex protocols at the Dublin clinic of the Veterinary Medical Center.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, supporting them through phone systems and organizational structures to provide information and guidance.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with clients regarding financial responsibilities and referral processes.
  • Resolve access and financial issues efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and handle client inquiries.
  • Manage client expectations and advocate on their behalf.
  • Audit medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have experience working in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Additionally, you will require proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
