Job Title

CSA Construction Lead

Description

We are seeking a highly experienced CSA Construction Lead to oversee the construction phase of our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the construction is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The CSA Construction Lead will lead the site team in their daily activities, provide technical guidance and support, and ensure that all necessary resources are available. They will also develop and implement strategies to improve site execution and supervise the management of subcontracts.

In this role, you will work closely with the design department leads to develop detailed execution strategies and input into CHSP, QA/TO, and other General Construction Requirement documentation. You will also assist in schedule development and reviews, as well as leading IAPs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our organization and contribute to the delivery of high-quality projects.

Requirements
  • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Significant years' experience in a similar role
  • Biotech/Pharma knowledge
  • Excellent multi-disciplinary knowledge
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
