Job Title: Human Resources Generalist with Dynamic Team Orientation

The role of a Generalist in Human Resources is an essential component of the HR function. This position is characterized by its dynamic and action-oriented nature, with a strong emphasis on task focus and collaboration with HR systems.

The post holder will be assigned to work in a specific HR team and is expected to be flexible and adapt to different teams depending on career development goals and evolving business requirements. Each team may have distinct knowledge and expertise, and training and coaching will be provided to ensure that generalists develop the required skills and competencies.

Essential Criteria:

  • A minimum Diploma level qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent, or willingness to complete same, or demonstrate an equivalent level of experience working in HR in an acute healthcare organization.
  • A minimum 6 months experience of using HR systems (i.e. SAP HR & Formstack).
  • A minimum 6 months HR (Medical / Non-Medical) experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

Commencement Process:

CHI has transitioned to a process of one commencement day per month for all new employees, CHI internal transfers, and secondments. This ensures that the Onboarding team can thoroughly prepare for your arrival and facilitate a smooth transition into your new role.

So that the Onboarding team can confirm your start date, you will need to ensure that your mandatory training is completed at least 7 days prior to your commencement date. It is essential to note that if you do not have your pre-employment and mandatory training completed in time, your commencement date will be deferred to the next available date.
