Job Summary:

  • As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical and engineering support to various projects and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership on all product and process issues, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement appropriate supporting documentation, SOPs and process work instructions compliant with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Team Management: Proactively identify and resolve issues around any deficits in business performance metrics, while adhering to Environment Health and Safety (EHS) requirements on site.
  • Project Management: Lead technical improvements under the business's Continuous Improvement Program (CIP), working closely with Engineering leaders to deliver business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Technical Knowledge: Possess strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including Value Centered Engineering and Six-Sigma tools.
  • Effective Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
