Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to lead our team in developing new or revised application systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Technology team to implement new or revised application systems and programs.
  • Contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.
  • Design and implement event-driven architecture using Java with modern IoC frameworks like Spring.
  • Experience with HTML5 frameworks like Angular or React, and writing and deploying microservices as containers to kubernetes environment for example RH OpenShift.
  • Understanding and passion for writing clean code, and experience with SQL queries using Oracle Database.
  • Experience with TDD and BDD testing and working closely with analysts on user stories and test criteria.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with Strong event-driven architecture design and development skills.
  • Java experience with modern IoC frameworks like Spring.
  • Experience with HTML5 frameworks like Angular or React.
  • Ability to lead CICD / agile delivery mechanisms.
  • Experience working in mixed/virtual/diverse environments (small co-located team with a larger team in another location).
