Job Opportunity: Manufacturing Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a manufacturing position. This role will involve carrying out various activities to contribute to the achievement of quality, cost, and service standards within our manufacturing operation.
Main Responsibilities:- Carry out manufacturing work-steps under general supervision and within defined standards
- Verify product quality at each work-step using appropriate tests and inspections
- Perform simple internal set-up on manufacturing equipment to required standard
- Maintain required levels of raw materials by controlling Kanbans
- Complete online documentation and highlight deviations to relevant persons
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork abilities
- Commitment to achieving manufacturing excellence
- High level of flexibility: shift changes/travel commitments/training courses/preventative maintenance and project support
- 2nd Level education or 2 years equivalent experience in a similar work environment
- Two (2) years experience in medical device or similar industry with an established track record
