We are seeking a skilled Operations Administrator to join our team. As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless access and site management for our employees and subcontractors.

You will work closely with various stakeholders to onboard personnel, provide training, and address any access-related incidents or system malfunctions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operations administration and excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office and databases. A full, clean driver's license is also required due to the need to travel to construction sites.

About the Role
  • Onboard all site personnel into the access control system with accuracy and speed
  • Act as the key point of contact for access-related queries and provide training as needed
  • Address and resolve access-related incidents or system malfunctions
Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and perform regular maintenance audits and updates
  • Liaise with system vendors to ensure long-term solutions
  • Assess site compliance levels by completing regular site audits and analyzing findings
