Drive quality excellence as a CAPA Expert. Lead the way in creating an environment of continuous improvement through effective CAPA processes.

  • Coordinate and facilitate weekly CAPA meetings to monitor progress, quality, and timelines.
  • Develop and implement training programs for plant personnel on CAPA best practices, ensuring seamless system utilization.
  • Monitor and analyze monthly metrics related to CAPAs and Quality Records.
  • Verify accurate recording, alignment with corporate standards, and ensure site compliance with CAPA metrics.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and broader plant teams to enhance CAPA process knowledge and implementation.
Requirements
  • Degree in Science or Engineering (science background preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • High level of computer literacy and analytical thinking.
  • Proven team player with high-performance capabilities.
