Job Description
This role will lead hiring efforts across various functions, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify skills gaps and develop targeted solutions to fill them.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract early-career talent (interns, grads, professional hires) across GTM, G&A & Tech.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative environment aligned with Okta's core values.
- Analyze data and trends to inform talent acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design and implement efficient assessment processes, improving candidate experiences and driving business outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR, Compensation, Talent Development, Workplace, & Recruiting Leaders to build a best-in-class internal recruiting process.
- Align critical partners to deliver results for Okta: Sales, Services, Operations, Finance, HRBP's, Total Rewards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading recruiting teams in high-growth companies (Enterprise SaaS or similar).
- Strong understanding of capacity modeling for recruiting to ensure maximum productivity from the recruiting team.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience hiring technical disciplines and GTM roles (interns, graduates, xDR's, sales reps, security engineers, G&A and beyond).
- Understanding of compensation/commission plans and motivating factors for sales & technical personas.
- Experience building internal recruiting processes delivering exceptional experiences for hiring managers and employees.
- Leverage strategic mindset to deliver projects from conception through completion while balancing day-to-day demands.
