Job Summary

The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for the leadership, management, and coordination of a small number of mixed models of support in our supported living services. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a commitment to person-centred approaches.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and align stakeholders with the values and vision of WALK.
  • Ensure team leaders and teams are effective and efficient in delivering supports as identified through person-centred service design.
  • Provide clarity on barriers or challenges to realizing outcomes and support stakeholders in identifying solutions.
  • Direct management and coordination of effective service delivery.
  • Management of processes related to supporting individuals and families.
  • Guide services in promoting best practices and initiatives for service developments.
  • Plan and review staffing requirements regularly.
  • Ensure effective service delivery through team planning and monitoring Key Performance Indicators.
  • Implement and adhere to organizational policies, processes, procedures, and quality assurances.

Key Requirements:

  • A relevant third-level qualification in social care or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years' experience leading teams in the social care sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to support people with complex needs in community settings.
