Accounts Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to administer accounts in our organization.

  • Process supplier invoices and prepare month-end statement reconciliations by ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and up-to-date.
  • Import supplier invoices into the company's digital document storage platform and verify accurate indexing to facilitate efficient retrieval of documents.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve discrepancies between receipted and invoiced quantities, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication among teams.
  • Assist with maintaining supplier price lists in the company's ERP system to guarantee accurate and current information is readily available for decision-making purposes.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations using the ERP system to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
  • Support stocktake processes, including importing data and preparing variance reports, to maintain accurate inventory levels and prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Provide general accounting administration support, encompassing tasks such as data entry, document management, and record-keeping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Carry out additional ad hoc duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in response to changing business needs.

  • Self-starter with excellent analytical skills, capable of analyzing complex financial data and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with colleagues across departments and foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills highly desirable, enabling efficient data management and analysis.
  • Previous experience in a financial administration role is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using an ERP system is an advantage, with knowledge of financial software and systems that can enhance productivity and accuracy.
