Electronics Tester

Product Validation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Product Validator to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electronics testing and a passion for quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.

This engineering role supports new product development through rigorous validation of hardware and software components.

• Validate electronic and IoT-based products, including RF modules, gateways, apps, and cloud systems
• Assemble prototypes and carry out key tests including ESD, surge, and transient testing
• Collaborate with design teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Create and execute test plans, document results, and generate technical reports
• Support QA processes and contribute to documentation

To be successful, you need:

• 2+ years' experience validating electronic products (hardware/software), ideally in IoT or safety-critical fields
• Strong understanding of electronics principles with ability to read schematics
• Proficient in electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators)
• Skilled in soldering and rework, including surface-mount components
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and task management skills
• Qualification in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience

Familiarity with automated QA tools, mains-powered products, defect tracking tools, and ISTQB certifications are desirable.
