Senior QC Microbiologist Job Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a state-of-the-art aseptic manufacturing facility.

  • Perform microbiological testing, method transfers, sample and data management, and equipment maintenance under minimal supervision.
  • Contribute to team quality by ensuring the quality of tasks/services provided and completing milestones associated with specific projects or activities.
  • Support manufacturing operations, which may require extended hours, shift, and weekend work as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Endotoxin testing of water, in-process, and drug product release samples.
  2. Bioburden testing of water & in-process drug product samples.
  3. Sterility testing.
  4. Water sampling.
  5. Lab Support duties such as Biological Indicator testing, Growth Promotion, Media Preparation, Identifications, and Autoclave.
  6. Writing technical reports.
  7. Media fill reconciliation and inspection.
  8. Weekend bioburden cover.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a science discipline.
  • Biopharmaceutical QC experience in a microbiology lab.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in cGMP manufacturing and testing of pharmaceutical products.
Benefits

This contract role offers an hourly rate of €28 - €33 per hour. The minimum contract duration is 12 months, and it is an on-site role during the day.
