About the Role

This position involves providing nursing care and support to children with life-limiting conditions and palliative care needs, along with their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in a family home or community setting.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
  • Develop strong relationships with children, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain knowledge of best practices and evidence-based guidelines in pediatric nursing.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Essential Requirements
  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driving license.
