The Physiotherapy Department provides a comprehensive range of services, including acute and rehabilitation care.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a clinical caseload, conducting client assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to establish achievable goals and implement effective treatment strategies.
- Communicate clearly and provide guidance to service users, families, and carers.
- Maintain accurate records, adhering to professional standards and departmental policies.
- Operate in various settings, including clinics and home visits, within designated time allocations.
- Participate in review meetings, case conferences, and ward rounds as required.
- Pursue ongoing quality improvement initiatives and maintain high professional standards regarding confidentiality, ethics, and legislation.
- A recognized qualification as a Physiotherapist with CORU registration.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
- A professional approach to work.
- Ability to participate in emergency, evening, weekend, bank holiday, on-call, and rotation schemes as needed.
- Access to suitable transportation to fulfill role requirements.
