Operator Weekend Shift Weekend Day Shift: 3 S hift
Patterns Available: 6:00am - 6:00pm Friday , Saturday and Sunday Salary per/h (plus shift allowance) 11 Months Fixed Term Contract Galway, Ireland
Job Description: As a production team member, you will perform a variety of medical assembly and processing tasks. You will assemble medical products on an assembly operation, performing a variety of tasks on a rotating basis.
- You will rotate through the assembly line to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Perform on-line and in-process visual inspection of products to ensure specifications per work order and procedure are followed.
- Assist Team Leader and Technicians with product and/or machine change-overs.
- Ensure product assembled meets quality standards.
- Reject product outside of specifications.
- Adhere to safety standards.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- May operate a variety of testing equipment required for periodic product and process testing.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Essential Qualifications: Education equivalent to a high school diploma or certificate of leaving. Demonstrates competencies and ability to rotate in a specific assembly line or work cell. Ability to perform a variety of assembly tasks requiring dexterity and fine motor skills.
Competencies: Medical product assembly/eye-hand coordination, Assembly line rotation, Quality inspection, Computerized test equipment operation.
