As an Automation Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the installation, commissioning, maintenance and continuous improvement of automated manufacturing equipment in a regulated medical device environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and commissioning of production lines and equipment
  • Maintenance on automation systems including robotics, PLC-controlled machinery and vision systems
  • Troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain compliance with GMP and ISO 13485 standards
  • Collaboration with Engineering, Quality and Production teams to implement equipment modifications and improvements
  • Detailed documentation of work in line with regulatory and company standards
  • Support for validation, calibration and qualification of equipment and systems
  • Contribution to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • At least 2 years experience in automation or maintenance role, preferably within medical devices, pharma or regulated manufacturing environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley or similar), robotics, servo systems and vision systems
  • Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with GMP, ISO 13485 or other regulated manufacturing environments
