Job Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Construction Leadership professional to spearhead our construction operations. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in overseeing projects in Ireland, encompassing Residential, Commercial, and Civil experiences, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting the highest quality standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overall construction oversight, establishing and maintaining robust quality control, safety, and compliance measures, utilizing data-driven insights to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and achieve results.
- Construction Oversight – Direct all construction activities from project inception through completion, guaranteeing projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

- Utilize data-driven insights to track progress, mitigate risks, and deliver results.
- Strategic Leadership and Reporting – Serve as the primary liaison between onsite operations and the Board, providing regular updates on milestones, budget management, and strategic priorities.
- Actively shape and execute construction strategy, aligning operational goals with the broader company vision.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Collaborate closely with Commercial, Procurement, Operations, Health and Safety, and Finance teams to optimize resources, manage costs, and maintain excellent communication channels.
- Drive synergy across departments to streamline workflows and ensure swift, effective decision-making.
- Mentoring and Team Development – Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of construction staff, both new hires and existing employees.
- Create a supportive, growth-oriented culture by mentoring junior leaders, providing training opportunities, and encouraging professional advancement.
The ideal candidate will have an Engineering or construction qualification and 7 years post-qualification experience within the Irish market. Ideally, they will have experience working on a range of Residential and Commercial projects in the construction industry.
The successful candidate will also possess strong time management skills and ability to meet agreed deadlines, excellent knowledge of building details and construction technology, and exceptional written, oral communication, and time management skills.
