We are seeking a skilled Equipment Installation Specialist to join our team at Sonas Technical. This role involves traveling to customer sites across Ireland, where you will install, calibrate, and maintain scientific laboratory and process equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical and electrical/electronic systems, with excellent interpersonal skills to represent our company during on-site interactions. As a self-motivated individual, you will be responsible for owning and driving your work schedule to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and calibrate equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot/repair issues when required.
- Complete documentation such as IQ, OQ, PQ documents, and calibration certificates.
- Provide routine/urgent support to customers via phone, email, or site visits.
Key Qualifications & Skills Required:
- A relevant trade or qualification in an electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, or similar background.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Fundamental understanding of electrical and/or mechanical systems and experience in a Field Service position.
