As a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Cybersecurity Analyst, you will play a crucial role in making a difference in global security by protecting organizations against sophisticated attackers.
Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a liaison between customers and other teams, providing cyber threat analysis through regular briefings, tracking and fulfilling customer requests, and relaying feedback to internal teams.
Through this position, you will have the opportunity to develop trusted partnerships with customers, helping them identify and operationalize timely, actionable, and relevant threat intelligence and threat hunt findings.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with a team that maintains ownership of assigned customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and serving as a trusted advisor for customers.
- Meet regularly with customers via teleconference platforms and attend on-site meetings as needed.
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations to communicate complex information effectively.
- Develop and present intelligence reports, dark web alerts, threat hunts, and threat hunt findings to customers.
- Triage and respond to customer inquiries related to threat intelligence, threat hunting, and dark web monitoring.
- Identify opportunities to enhance overall customer satisfaction or streamline internal processes.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in two or more areas: incident response, security operations, threat hunting, cyber threat intelligence, or dark web monitoring.
- Strong presentation skills, including delivering reports to stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience conducting threat hunting or managing incident response for organizations, investigating targeted threats such as Advanced Persistent Threats, Organized Crime, and Hacktivists.
- Familiarity with contemporary scripting languages and application programming interfaces (APIs).
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time on short notice.
