Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

The role of Financial Operations Manager at a luxury hotel involves overseeing the financial management of the property, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions.

This includes managing cash and credit card balances, reconciling supplier invoices and payments, and completing payroll and gratuity allocation on a bi-weekly basis. The successful candidate will also be responsible for tracking and reporting revenue and costs, as well as preparing quarterly and month-end accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front office and reconcile cash and lodgements daily.
  • Process supplier invoices and payments through HubDoc and Xero.
  • Complete payroll and gratuity allocation on a bi-weekly basis using Sage Payroll.
  • Track and report revenue and costs in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in room sales.
  • Proficient in technology and financial systems.
