Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Strategist to join our team in Content Design.

This role will play a critical part in developing and maintaining user interface content that enhances the user experience and makes our product easy to adopt.

You will work closely with the Design, Product Management, and Engineering teams to produce high-quality UI content.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content design, UX copywriting, or a related field, and experience working on multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain UI copy for assigned product capabilities and features
  • Create new copy for the Docusign UI, including labels, feature naming, instructional in-app user communication, and more
  • Review and revise existing copy to ensure it meets current standards and user needs
  • Collaborate with UX designers to create a cohesive cross-product experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 1+ years of experience in content design, UX copywriting, or a related field
  • Experience with Google Workspace
  • A portfolio of UX-focused writing samples and/or style guidelines
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to use feedback to improve content and contribute to documentation quality
