We are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Social Care Leader. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest possible standards of support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to lead by example, setting a positive tone for the team, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in social care, preferably with experience working with autism. A relevant degree in Social or Health Care (minimum level 7) and a Level 6 Management qualification are essential. Additionally, you must have a proven track record of managing a residential service that meets quality, regulatory, and legislative requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead on shift when on duty in the service
  • Participate in the provision of direct care to individuals, following established care plans, protocols, and procedures
  • Assist in assessing the needs of individuals under care and developing individualized care plans
  • Ensure the implementation of appropriate care interventions and monitor the progress and outcomes of care
