Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Beauty Expert.

This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets through a proactive approach, and promoting a positive store environment.

About You
  • Able to deliver a 'customer first' experience by providing expert product knowledge and advice.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Delivering unbiased customer advice through exceptional product knowledge and expertise.
  2. Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  3. Exceeding sales targets and company acquisition goals by maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and sharing best practices with the team.
  4. Maintaining accurate stock levels and minimizing stock loss through adherence to stock handling policies.
  5. Effective communication with colleagues and external partners to drive business growth.
  6. Fostering a welcoming and inclusive store environment that promotes customer loyalty and retention.
  7. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and sharing insights with the team to drive business success.
  8. Compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
