People Operations Specialist Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute to the growth and success of an organisation by leading internal communications, calendar management, and promoting diversity, equity & inclusion across teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal staff communications aligned with organisational values\
  • Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and recognition\
  • Promote inclusive practices across teams through strategic support\
  • Evaluate and update HR policies to ensure compliance with Irish employment law and best practice\
  • Provide expert guidance on HR matters to managers and employees\
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and the People Team to deliver efficient recruitment and onboarding processes\
  • Analyse and improve HR processes, employee experience, and team efficiency\

Essential Qualifications:

  • \
  • Holds a qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)\
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, ideally in a values-driven environment\
  • CIPD accreditation is desirable but not essential\
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR or people-focused roles, preferably within a regulated environment\
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent attraction\
  • Ability to work independently with a solutions-focused mindset\
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills\
  • Professionalism, maturity, and sound judgment in handling sensitive matters\
  • Passionate about fostering inclusion and belonging\
