Job Title: Senior Scientist Peptides API

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead peptide manufacturing processes and resolve technical issues. As a key member of our team, you will employ excellent communication skills to manage internal and external relationships and build strong connections with development and central technical organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure proper characterization of processes and products through effective documentation.
  • Maintain compliance, capability, control, and validation of manufacturing processes.
  • Influence the technical agenda and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or Engineering (Chemistry/Biochemistry strongly preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory expectations.

This role requires collaboration with site management and external partner teams to deliver technical objectives. The position interacts daily with various stakeholders.
