Job Title: Senior Electrical Project Scheduler

A senior role that involves planning and scheduling of electrical works for large-scale Data Centre projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as experience in Primavera P6 software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning role in development of detailed EPC construction schedules for baseline agreement with clients.
  • Complete schedule health checks prior to baselining for accuracy, integrity, and critical path validation.
  • Resource loading schedules, produce and track KPI's.
  • Ensuring accuracy and timely updating of construction schedules.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Site Lead planner in all aspects of planning and reporting, including work sequencing, activity durations, programme logic, and periodic progress reports. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as the candidate will need to interact with team members, site staff, and clients on a regular basis.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. construction management, engineering).
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience, preferably in M&E contracting.
  • Experience in Primavera P6 software required (minimum 5 years).
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
