Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team in a Dispatch Clerk role. The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers and members of the public in a professional and helpful manner, as well as scheduling deliveries and processing dockets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Scheduling deliveries, optimizing transport routes, and processing dockets in an efficient and timely manner
  • Performing daily cash reconciliations and reporting any discrepancies
  • Reporting complaints and safety issues to the relevant authorities
  • Managing sales and cost reports for audit compliance purposes
  • Filing delivery dockets and timesheets relevant to supplier accounts
  • Managing and operating the office in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Processing all orders in a prompt and efficient manner
