HR Generalist Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Professional to join our team as an HR Generalist. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to advance their career in Human Resources.

The successful candidate will be responsible for covering a wide range of HR Responsibilities, including:

  • Representing the HR function locally
  • Developing and implementing HR Strategies across the site
  • Acting as the key point of contact for employee relations queries
  • Managing recruitment and retention initiatives
  • Overseeing training and development programs
  • Updating employee records and implementing new HR processes and procedures

In addition to these core duties, the successful candidate will also be required to support general Administrative Tasks, such as PO management, H&S reporting, organising travel to/from site and assisting with audits/compliance activities relevant to the above key duties.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A third-level degree qualification in HR, business studies or a related discipline
  • 2-3+ years of experience in a Generalist-type role, ideally within the manufacturing sector
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver on HR duties

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary commensurate with experience. The initial contract period is expected to be 10 months, with opportunities for extension based on performance.
