Key Role: Senior Architect

Our organization is seeking a highly accomplished and experienced Part 3 Registered Architect with a strong background in design to fill a crucial position within our expanding office.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience working on diverse projects, including housing developments, apartments, student accommodation, and mixed-use schemes.

  • A comprehensive understanding of BCMS/BCAR requirements is essential for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in Autocad is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Building Regulations & Planning Guidelines is necessary.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex projects from inception to completion is advantageous.
  • Experience in preparing feasibilities, planning, tender and construction packages and drawings is also beneficial.
