We are seeking a Planning Director to oversee project management support for multi-disciplined, multi-sector project delivery work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate planning, scheduling, and controlling processes.
  • Provide high-quality service to the project manager.
  • Mentor and guide Planners/Juniors as required.
  • Review Contract documentation and highlight key schedule and tracking requirements.
Business Unit Support
  • Point of contact for the Project Manager for all project-related planning issues.
  • Develop Schedules and Histograms for Bid Support as required by the Lead Planner.
Programme Co-ordination
  • Support the implementation of Planning Process.
  • Review Contract documentation concerning Schedule and Reporting Requirements.
  • Facilitate Planning Meeting(s) where required.
  • Validate High Level Target Schedule as received from PM considering current emerging IFC project information.
