Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Conference & Banqueting Porter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare conference rooms and event spaces, arranging furniture, equipment, and décor to a high standard.
  • Assist guests with setting up IT equipment, sound systems, and AV equipment, ensuring all technology runs smoothly.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting guests with their luggage and answering any queries they may have.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of event spaces and public areas.
  • Assist with linen and other deliveries and maintain storage areas.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is required.
  • Availability to work up to 5 days per week midweek and weekends throughout the year.
  • Customer-focused with attention to detail.
  • Proficient with IT and previous experience.
