Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be involved in delivering excellent service and support to customers and their representatives.
The role of the Customer Contact Centre Representative is multifaceted, requiring strong communication and organisational skills. You will be responsible for managing high volumes of incoming queries using workflow tools, communicating clearly and professionally with customers, and resolving queries at first contact where possible.
To succeed in this role, you will need experience in customer service, ideally in financial services (e.g. complaints, banking, or processing roles). Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to work efficiently are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required.
