We are seeking applications from energetic individuals to fill a Nursing role.
Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with complex needs including Aspergers Syndrome/Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Brain Injury and Mental Health issues.
- Utilise nursing skills to deliver effective frontline support to all service users.
- Ensure that Health Action Plans are delivered appropriately to all service users.
- Communicate and liaise with the multidisciplinary team.
- Identify supports and work in partnership with service users, their families and other stakeholders as outlined within individual Personal Plans.
The successful candidate will be provided with comprehensive training and development in line with the role requirements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications- Registration with An Bord Altranais
- Excellent knowledge of Medication Management principles
- Experience working in similar environments, preferably social care settings
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to work under pressure
