About the Project

This large-scale residential development requires a skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction process, ensuring the site operates smoothly, efficiently, and meets all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of the full construction process on-site, including schedule management, budget tracking, and quality control.
  • Supervision and management of site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure optimal workflow and team performance.
  • Implementation and enforcement of strict health and safety protocols to minimize risk to staff, contractors, and visitors.
  • Quality assurance to ensure all works are completed to required standards, in compliance with project specifications, building codes, and regulations.
  • Budget management to track costs and report any concerns to senior management.
  • Regular communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to update them on project progress.
  • Proactive identification and resolution of potential issues and delays to keep the project on track.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on large residential developments (200+ units).
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades effectively.
  • Proficient in construction management software, MS Office, and project tracking tools.
  • Full clean driving license and own transport.
