About the RoleThis challenging and rewarding position requires a highly skilled and motivated individual with strong leadership abilities and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years post-registration experience in an acute setting.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in Daycare or a similar environment within an acute setting.
- A minimum of 1 year's management experience, although this is desirable rather than essential.
The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical and professional ability, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and implementing change. They will be a natural communicator, able to build strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and families.
