Job SummaryThe company provides on-site health screenings, raises awareness of health issues, and promotes healthy lifestyles among construction workers. As a Health Screening Nurse, you will be an integral part of this mission, using your clinical knowledge and skills to make a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of construction workers.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position, working Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 4:30pm. You will be required to travel to various construction sites, set up screening rooms, and conduct daily health screenings using a digitally enhanced system. Your expertise in preventative health and health promotion will be invaluable in supporting the company's objectives.
- Conduct on-site health screenings for BMI, BP, lung function, finger prick cholesterol, and finger prick glucose.
- Assess and address any health concerns or issues identified during screenings.
- Provide guidance and support to construction workers on maintaining healthy lifestyles.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse with NMBI.
- Excellent clinical knowledge and assessment skills.
- Ability to work within your scope of practice and effectively manage your workload.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An interest in innovative digital technologies to support healthcare practices.
