Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Control Associate to join our team. This role involves managing customer accounts, processing credit notes, and ensuring timely payment of invoices and statements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely allocation of cash receipts.
- Process credit notes in accordance with agreed procedures.
- Perform reconciliations of bank and customer accounts.
- Support the Credit Controller as needed.
- Contribute to Month End and Quarter End Reporting tasks.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in a multinational environment.
- SAP experience is desirable.
- Able to operate with minimal supervision and solve problems independently.
- Sound commercial education or background.
- Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel and Word, with skills in v-lookup and pivot tables.
