Building Surveyor

We are seeking a commercially focused building surveyor to play a key part in the growth of our Dublin office.

You will have the opportunity to develop your own career while contributing to the growth and diversification of our current service offering.

  • Undertaking all-round building surveying work including monitoring, refurbishment and redevelopment projects.
  • Working closely with clients to deliver market leading advice and maintain and further develop client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice on general building surveying, contract administration, and dilapidations.
  • Supporting the delivery and growth of services in Ireland, forging strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
Requirements

We require a MRICS qualified building surveyor with relevant experience and degree in Building Surveying or equivalent.

Clear and concise report writing skills are essential. Additionally, you should have expertise in general building surveying, contract administration, and dilapidations, as well as experience of working in a proactive commercial environment.

Able to meet fee targets and generate new business through building successful client relationships, with sound knowledge of building contracts in a commercial context.
