Financial Records Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to oversee and manage financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting strategic financial planning.

The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and can work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and Review Financial Statements
  • Maintain General Ledger and Reconcile Accounts
  • Evaluate Compliance with Local, State, and International Accounting Regulations
  • Assist in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Analysis
  • Liaise with External Auditors, Tax Advisors, and Other Financial Professionals
  • Implement and Monitor Internal Controls and Accounting Procedures
  • Provide Mentorship and Support to Junior Accounting Staff
  • Communicate Effectively with Clients and Stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Related Field (CPA or Equivalent Preferred)
  • Authorized to Work in Canada without Sponsorship
  • Living within a 50-Mile Radius of Dublin, ON, or Able to Reliably Commute
  • Minimum 1-2+ Years of Progressive Accounting Experience
  • Background Check in Accordance with Local Law and Regulations
  • Dutch Language Proficiency a Plus, but Not Required
  • Strong Knowledge of Accounting Principles (GAAP/IFRS)
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)
  • Advanced Excel Skills and Analytical Mindset
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Motivated and Self-Starter
