Deliver Exceptional Spa Experiences

As a skilled therapist, you will play a pivotal role in providing unforgettable spa treatments to our valued guests.

You will conduct consultations to understand guest needs and recommend appropriate spa treatments.

With a focus on delivering exceptional service, you will provide a variety of massage, facial, and body treatments in a tranquil spa environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough consultations with guests to understand their requirements.
  • Provide high-quality massage, facial, and body treatments tailored to individual guest needs.
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic, and inviting treatment environment at all times.
  • Ensure seamless communication with colleagues and superiors to deliver outstanding service.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the spa team through collaboration and teamwork.
Requirements
  • ITEC or CIBTAC spa therapy qualifications (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a spa setting.
  • Strong skills in massage and body treatments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
