Overview

Network Product Development Manager

The primary role of this position is to oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of network products from inception through delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop product roadmaps that meet market requirements and user needs.
  • Analyse technical specifications and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify areas for product improvement.
  • Collaborate with customers and partners to gather feedback and optimise product offerings.
  • Participate in product releases and provide training and support to ensure smooth product adoption.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, communications engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on network products.
  • In-depth knowledge of IP network protocols and technologies.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Data-driven approach to decision making.

Bonus Items:

  • Experience working in a large technology company or within the telecommunications industry.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as SDN and NFV.
  • Track record of successfully launching network products and achieving market recognition.
