Site Operations Manager

This role is to oversee and lead hardscaping and landscaping work from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations for residential/commercial landscaping and hardscaping.
• Coordinate and direct field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met.
• Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Communicate with clients and project managers to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot technical or logistical challenges as they arise.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in landscaping and hardscaping construction, in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of materials, installation techniques, and site preparation practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive work ethic.

Benefits:

Work for a leading building contractor with exposure to large-scale projects. Initial hourly rate, earning 45–50 hours per week. The hourly rate depends on relevant experience and whether you are paid as a PAYE worker or self-employed individual. These hourly brackets are typically between €35:00 and €50:00 per hour, resulting in an income of €80-100k+ based on a salary.
