Job Opportunity: Person In Charge
Cpl Healthcare is currently accepting applications for a Person In Charge position with our client who provides exceptional care to service users with intellectual disabilities in North Cork and Co Limerick.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and adults with disabilities, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest potential.
About the Role:- Ensure the needs of service users are being met through delivery of high-quality care and support.
- Teach daily living and social skills through engaging activities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users.
- Manage residential budgets and supervise staff in a residential setting.
- Experience in managing challenging behaviors is essential.
- Delivery of person-centered care and support services.
- Implementation of individualized care plans.
- Leadership and management of residential staff.
- Financial management and budgeting.
- Maintenance of accurate records and documentation.
- A degree in Applied Social Studies/Social Care or relevant qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working with adults/children with intellectual disabilities.
- Proven managerial skills with a minimum of three years' experience at a management level.
- Full manual driving license.
