About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a Data Centre project in Sweden. As part of our Global Professional Consultants team, you'll work closely with our Electrical Project Manager to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the coordination and planning of resources, including labour, materials, and sub-contractors.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure project requirements are met and deadlines are achieved.
  • Evaluate and implement strategies to improve site safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project progress, highlighting any challenges or areas for improvement.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An Electrical Engineering qualification or relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a supervisory role, preferably on a Data Centre project.
  • Experience working for an M&E Contractor in Ireland or the UK.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
