The role of People Services Coordinator involves working with the regional and global People Services team to execute and define People programs, supporting the day-to-day coordination of activities surrounding the Employee Lifecycle and Employee Experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support the drafting and implementation of People policies and processes for the EMEA region.
- Conduct new hire orientation, including induction and 30, 60, 90-day reviews.
- Review and maintain benefits schemes including employee health and welfare plans.
- Connect with leaders across EMEA to ensure continuity for cross-site teams and business units.
- Update and maintain internal People systems and communicate People/Territory updates via company communication platforms.
- Maintain records of personnel-related data and ensure all legislative requirements are met.
- Organise the collection, preparation and distribution of payroll information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Issue ad-hoc employee letters.
- Participate and contribute to People team projects as required.
