**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pharmaceutical Analytical Expert to join our team at Team Horizon. As a key member of our quality control laboratory, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely testing and release of all aspects of our conjugation manufacture.

In this role, you will take responsibility for ensuring that conjugate biological products manufactured are tested to specification on time and plant quality and safety goals are met. You will also ensure that technical and systems excellence is maintained in the laboratory by implementing improved working practices in terms of efficiency, compliance and Right First Time.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical techniques, including HPLC, GC, and identification methods. They will also possess excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience in maintaining laboratory documentation and computerized systems compliance with Data Integrity policies.

The successful candidate will be an expert in their field and will have a proven track record in an analytical role. They will be proficient in using analytical equipment in a QC lab and will be able to identify and implement improvements in analytical practices.
