Senior Learning Systems Specialist

The Senior Learning Systems Specialist will play a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing the daily operations of our learning management system (LMS). This includes monitoring and responding to user support requests, ensuring seamless access to our platform for over 6,500 restaurants and 220,000 employees.

This position involves working closely with various stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, configure and maintain LCMS and LRS components within our learning ecosystem, and assisting with course QA testing and implementation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of instructional technology.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to user support requests for the LMS, serving a large user base.
  • Configure, maintain, and support LCMS and LRS components.
  • Assist with course QA testing and implementation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' help desk and admin support experience for large user bases (100k+ users).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Knowledge of SCORM, AICC, and e-learning standards.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, LCMS, and LRS.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, listening).
