Job Title: Security System Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Security System Specialist to join our team. As a Security System Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all security systems are functioning properly.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with security systems, including intruder alarms, access systems, CCTV, and fire alarm systems. They will also have strong communication skills and be able to work independently.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of technical expertise and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be expected to identify and rectify problems before they occur and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and repair security systems, including intruder alarms, access systems, CCTV, and fire alarm systems.

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Identify and rectify problems before they occur and prevent damage to property.

  • Maintain accurate records of all work completed and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with security systems, including intruder alarms, access systems, CCTV, and fire alarm systems.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

  • Ability to lift and climb ladders as required.

  • Holds current relevant qualifications to the industry, such as 18th edition/NVQ/City and Guilds/BTEC/FIA.
