Job Overview:

The Tifco Hotel Group is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join its team. As a key member of the Sales & Marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive brand engagement and loyalty.

About the Role:

  • Develop and manage the Hotel's online presence across all platforms, including social media, content management, and email marketing.
  • Assist with E-Commerce related digital projects, ensuring seamless integration with the Hotel's sales strategy.
  • Manage brand content on online distribution platforms, maintaining consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the hotel and Tifco management teams to execute consumer CRM strategy and campaign activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content according to SEO guidelines.
  • Help to optimize paid campaigns across all platforms.
  • Manage and oversee the daily rollout of content on all social media channels.
  • Build and grow an existing network of followers on social media, increasing brand loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Strong marketing background, with experience in digital marketing and social media.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
